Currently, there are no delivery delays.
Delivery time of your order:
- Within 3 working days in Germany
This applies for all items listed in our web shop. Users cannot buy items that are listed as out of stock or sold out. There is no wait list of any kind. Please visit us again soon if you want to purchase these items.
Shipping and delivery details:
- Delivery method for all items is parcel shipping. This service is provided by our partner DHL.
- We deliver by appointment (usually between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.). The carrier is additionally able to contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date. The delivery will be handed over to you personally by a courier driver. You have to acknowledged it with your signature. If you are at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with further information.
- In principle, the delivery takes place up to the curb. The drivers are obliged to deliver your order to upper floors or directly to the apartment.
Shipping cost details
We provided a free shipping for all our customers. In whole Germany, every product is free of delivery costs!
Postpone your delivery
If you wish to postpone the delivery of your items because you are not going to be at home for a long period of time, please add a comment at checkout or contact our support. We will guide you through your purchase and can do whatever is necessary to suspend the shipment and schedule delivery on the day of your choice.
